IN MY HEAD:

ON MY MIND:

Discovered this amazing site - Maddie On Things, via Jamie Meares. You MUST check it out.

Gorgeous jacket and dress pairings from Could I Have That? - here and here.

Jumpsuit that would only look amazing on those of supermodel height, but nonetheless, I covet.

And lastly, the super cheery and fun studio of Oh Joy, designed by Em Henderson.

This article on being unmarried no kids, shared by a friend.

And this awesome critique of alternative medicine. Not saying I agree with everything he says, but he makes some very fair points (in a very amusing way).

IN MY LINE OF SIGHT:

A simple outfit to show off my beauty new bag.
Coffee date with my guy at Pavia Gallery out in Herring Cove. (You should go.)
Desperately wanted this H&M jacket but it was just a smidge too big. Someone please buy it so I can live vicariously through you.
It was totally Horton Hears A Who-esque at the mall last weekend with the dahlia display.
And for the second time, I talked myself out of leopard jeans. (First time was here.) These ones were from the Gap and on sale. #willpower
Enjoy your weekend!

  1. I feel like if I ever got to the point where I was about to prevent myself from purchasing leopard-print jeans for the second time, I would probably just go for it. YOLO. Third time's a charm?

Also - I grew up in the area, but have never been to Pavia! Did you have anything other than coffee? I'm usually a TIBs or Smiling Goat addict.

    1. Hahaha, that's a seriously valid point. The problem is, I get them on and I love them... but I can never tell whether they actually look good or not. I'm blinded by the leopard!

You should definitely hit up Pavia! It's adorable design-wise, the coffee is amazing (I think I heard that their barristas were trained in Italy!), and we had cookies, which were so good. I've also heard phenomenal things about their weekend waffles...

  2. The fact that their baristas are trained in Italy makes me want to become a barista there...I used to manage a downtown Starbucks, and just when I thought I would never consider going back to retail, you tell me this! My company has only sent me as far as Greenwood and Trenton...I'm in the wrong line of work :P
