Like most of Halifax, it seems, we did Run or Dye at Martok last weekend. I was kindof nervous going into it. I hadn't run a 5k since high school and I had no idea what to expect. But no exaggeration, you guys... it was SO MUCH FUN. If one happens in your area, I highly recommend it. Here are a few photos of our experience:
