Last weekend, we escaped from the city (I say that like I'm not a city-girl to the core, haha) and did a little exploring in our own province. We started with a stay at the beautiful Oceanstone (my new favourite place) and followed it up with a stay at Trout Point Lodge (food was INSANE) and a tour up the French shore. Despite the rain (or perhaps even because of it), the weekend was perfect. Relaxing and rejuvenating.
