Zucchini-Tomato Strata

So I made this.
It's SO good, you guys. Healthy but rich and flavourful. Full of fresh ingredients. 
And cheese. Because what's the point in making anything that doesn't have cheese?
I pretty much just followed this recipe, although I substituted Pecorino for Parmesan and Fontina for Gruyere because that's what I had on hand. 
I also didn't add the top layer of toasted baguette because I ran out. I don't think it even needed it - to be honest. SO good.
